Hello,
Syncro SVN Client is capable of communicating and synchronizing with any SVN repository hosted by a SVN server application, that is an application that implements the SVN protocol. It does not matter where the SVN repository is located and Network Attached Storage devices are not treated as a special case.
I think NAS devices just store files and are not capable of running applications (they do not run a general purpose operating system) and in this case a SVN application cannot run on such a device. But if the NAS device is mapped as a separate partition/drive/network share to other computer on the network then it can be used for storing a SVN repository or a SVN working copy because it is accessible as the other local partitions of the computer.
