No, that is not available yet. We plan to support SVN 1.6 working copies in the next version of Syncro SVN Client, that is version 4.2.

If you want to test a beta version of SVN Client 4.2 with support for SVN 1.6 you can try an All Platforms kit. We have also a Windows version, a Mac version and a Linux version.

Is there still no support for SVN 1.6.x? If not, when will this be supported? Do the "beta" builds referenced in this thread work OK? I am very hesitant to upgrade to a beta.

Syncro SVN Client supports SVN 1.6 since version 4.2, released on May 15th 2009. Also, on the first page of the site this it's stated very clear.
You can download a free fully functional trial version of Syncro SVN Client and test it from the Downloads section.
