Snow Leopard Troubles

Hello,

Just updated to Snow Leopard and am finding Syncro SVN doesn't draw properly. It looks like a Java issue, but I'm using the updated version that ships with OSX.

I haven't found anything about this elsewhere online. Is anyone else having this problem?

TIA,
G

Hello,

Can you please tell us the Syncro SVN Client build id (you can find it in Help->About dialog) and the Java version you use? The Java version can be fond also in Help->About dialog, in the "System properties" tab, java.version entry.

You can try to use another Java version to run Syncro SVN Client. For more information about how you can change the Java version see our documentation.

Best Regards,

Just installed the 5.0 client (which wasn't available when I posted yesterday) and all is well.

Thanks for the response,

Mee too have problems on Snow Leopard, the Ui is all messed up, it renders the software useless.
I'm expecting a quick fix, cause I can't work without version control.
What do you guys estimate? When is this going to be fixed?

Hello,

Both versions 5.0 and 4.2 work on Snow Leopard. If you use version 4.2 please make sure the build number displayed in the Help -> About dialog is 2009090110, otherwise you should download the Mac OS X kit again. If you use version 5.0 you should have build number 2009083115 otherwise please download it from the Download page.

Regards,
Sorin
