6.0 - Can't open files using a system application

For a lot of file extension I've defined external applications.

I just installed 6.0 (x64 on Linux), and I noticed that all these definitions don't work anymore.

Geany reports:
19:20:55: New file "/home/wanwizard/file:/data/www/virtual/test/themes/newtheme/assets/css/orange.css" opened.

Obviously, the "/home/wanwizard/file:" bit shouldn't be there...

FYI: I just tried gedit instead of geany, and that seems to work fine.

Some more info:

If I assign geany as the default handler for .php files in nautilus, and then tell syncro to use the 'system default application', it also works.

It just doesn't work when I type "/usr/bin/geany" as system application, which is my config ever since I've started using syncro.

Now back to 5.1 for the moment...
