DiffFiles: set default file format?

Hi,

When using 'Diff Files' on files with no extensions (eg: linux kernel configs), it always prompts me to select a file type (which I select 'text').

Is there a way to set default file type for unknown files to 'text'?

Thanks,

Hi,

It seems that the Diff Files application does not register automatically the used file type for files without extension. We will correct this, to work same as in Syncro SVN Client.

Anyway, you can make this association manually:
Options > Preferences > File Types > New > leave Extension field empty and choose Text Editor as associated Editor.
