The order history contains information about your
current license status, a purchase suggestion (when necessary) and a report with all orders
placed by you and recorded in our database with the email address you provided.
If you want to buy a renewal or an upgrade you will be asked for the purchase
id of the original order you need to upgrade/renew. If you do not have this
code, please request the history of your orders.
There are two methods to send us an order history request:

For security reasons the order history will be send only to the
email address shown in the 'From' field (and not to the email address from the
