Mac OS X: Resolved a critical issue that prevented the application from starting with Java SE 6 Update 27(1.6.0_27).

Repositories: Fixed IndexOutOfBoundsException that sometimes appeared when deleting from a repository.

Working copy: Pressing OK in the rename dialog for an unversioned file without actually changing the file name was deleting the file from the file system.
